Music is an integral part of student life at St Peters. Students are encouraged to learn instruments, participate in ensembles and serve the community through their passion for music. The state-of-the-art Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is the artistic and cultural hub for our College community. It features the 1,000 seat Dron Auditorium, a theatrette, music studios, and music and drama teaching spaces. The PAC often attracts high profile musicians and ensembles, many of whom invite our students to share the stage with them.
St Peters is recognised for having one of the most outstanding Music programs in Australia. Our students have numerous opportunities to tour the country and the world—to perform in iconic locations and make meaningful connections along the way. Our students are taught and directed by experts in musical education and, as a result, many St Peters Old Scholars have established outstanding national and international music careers.
